Call me delusional but the fact Rockstar has developed and cancelled Bully 2 multiple times along with having an 8 hour demo out there gives me hope.
They can’t keep going between GTA & RDR, so I truly think releasing Bully 2 as a smaller title after GTA 6 would be perfect. 🤍

happy 22nd anniversary to gta san andreas. this game was so ahead of its time with the amount of missions, side activities and stuff you could do. hours of fun and years later people are still playing.
another banger from rockstar games 🔥🔥🔥

Happy 20th anniversary to Bully.
Two decades later, we'd love to see Rockstar return to this world. Still one of their most unique games.

Dan Houser spoke to IGN about how much of a struggle it was to develop Bully:
Small snippet:
“The game was in trouble all of the time. It was difficult. It was an out-there concept. We were struggling with it. I wasn't sure it was going to be any good."
“And particularly that game, there was all of this controversy around it to do with the name, or people misunderstood it when they'd never seen it. So I think one of the challenges with that game was it never got the attention it deserved. We were too focused on trying to at least get people to stock it or to not protest it before it even came out.”
