Pernah buat spice formulation. In spice blends for light soups and stocks, bay leaf aroma much better. Ground bay leaf releases much faster and more evenly but it is also loses volatile quickly in storage. Dan origin sources juga mainkan peranan contoh if Turkish lebih kuat.
Hello there, I think bayleaf has its own distinct aroma that it gives to certain types of dishes buuuuut kalau dah ada mcm2 spices and herbs lain. Mcm buat buttered rice, tak letak and letak ada difference tapi kalau for bolognese, susah nk detect.
