My former boss was building that thing in Epe in 2022.
You don't want to know how my firner boss was. I just want you to go ahead, it's a very validated idea. Very much validated by Nigeria's creme de la creme.

I saw an Igbo man on here pretending to be a white woman called Sharon Jones.
He exposed himself when he couldn’t resist joining an argument about Igbo women with his white woman account and said “WE will continue not giving you miserable feminists land in Igboland”
Sharon WE??
I know I don’t bring work to X.
However, leave a trail.

Ever wonder why a literal con artist can get a smart businessman to wire him $50,000 in 24 hours, while an honest guy with a product that actually works can't close a $3,000 deal?
Because a scammer doesn't have to worry about delivering anything
When you have a real business, 90% of your brainpower is spent worrying about fulfillment, edge cases & what could go wrong
So when you get on a sales call, you bring your "honest engineer" brain with you. You hedge ("well it depends, usually takes 60-90 days...") and to a normal buyer's brain, hedging sounds like you don't believe in your own shit
A con artist knows he's never delivering a fucking thing
So 100% of his energy goes into making the buyer feel like a king for the 48 hours BEFORE the wire hits. Instant replies, zero hesitation, pure dopamine, telling the guy's ego exactly what it wants to hear
Which means before the money changes hands, the scammer looks like the professional and the honest guy looks like a sketchy amateur
The richest operators I know split their brain in half:
Sell with the shameless, delusional certainty of a con artist who knows the buyer wants a fantasy
Then fulfill like an autistic engineer the second the wire clears

Yönetimini üstlendiği uçaklarla birlikte toplam filo 1.000’i geçiyor.

You’re hearing it from me first that Atiku has Stepped down for Peter Obi.
He’s no longer interested in the 2027 Election.
It’s a Race of Obi against Druggie…
That can't be my mum, sadly.
Because she is like you in our house, so naturally, I am like the daughter you will have. My mom sleeps off, my dad has to wake her like a baby to eat or something, she mumbles & off. Asin he wakes my mom and leads her to the bed like a baby
My mum has been staying with us for 5 weeks now, and I honestly don’t know whether she’s more impressed by how resourceful my husband is or more disappointed in the daughter she raised🤣
You see, ever since I got married, I have never had to pick up a mop to clean our house. Not because I cannot clean ooo, but because my husband has somehow taken full ownership of that department. 😂
Usually, on Saturdays, before I even open my eyes, Oga has already finished cleaning the house.
Me? I will wake up, make breakfast, do our weekend cooking, and attend to whatever else I need to do.
Everybody has their department, and peace reigns in the household. Simple😂❤️
Well, that was until my mother came to visit. 😭 The first Saturday she spent with us, she woke up and heard someone cleaning the house. Naturally, she came out of her room and saw my husband busy cleaning.
So she asked him, has she gone to work? My husband casually replied, no, she’s still sleeping.
WHAAAAAT?!!!🤣🤣🤣
My people, it was that WHAT that woke me up from my peaceful sleep. I didn’t even know what was happening. I just heard my mother’s voice and knew somebody was in trouble.
Unfortunately, that somebody was ME. 😭🤣
Before I could even understand what was going on, this woman had started her interrogation. Who taught you this? How can your husband be cleaning while you’re sleeping? You don’t know you’re supposed to wake up and at least help him? Is this how you behave in your husband’s house?
Ah ah, Mummy. Good morning to you too 😂
Still half asleep, I innocently asked, mummy, help him with what? HEY GOD!!! 🤣🤣 That was apparently the wrong question.
Because the way this woman exclaimed again, I thought she was about to call an emergency meeting of our entire family.
She said my ancestors would hear about this one. 😭🤣
Anyway, my husband, seeing that his wife was about to be disowned over house chores, calmly explained that it wasn’t a problem.
He told her he actually enjoys cleaning and that this is how we’ve always done things.
Case closed, right?
WRONG! 😭🤣
Because although my mother accepted his explanation, I don’t think she has accepted the situation.
Every Saturday since she arrived, this woman has been giving me serious side eyes. 😂
No words. Just judgment. 😭🤣
Mummy, I promise you, I’m not suffering from laziness. We simply have a system that works for us. 😂❤️
But apparently, in my mother’s eyes, a good wife must wake up before the birds, carry a mop, and supervise the sunrise. 😭🤣

🚨 Canva is firing people and giving them at least six months' pay, their MacBooks, a year of LinkedIn Premium and a $10,000 grant to start something of their own.
People are calling it a masterclass in how to do layoffs. Maybe it is. But I read Melanie Perkins' memo, and the word "AI" isn't in it.
1,271 people are affected, 22% of the company.
Not all of them are leaving. Some are getting new roles or being asked to move to hubs like Sydney.
The memo puts it down to growth slowing for the first time in a decade and "new technology."
Her August letter to shareholders was more specific. It said the average cost of serving an AI task was too high and Canva was "relying too heavily on frontier models," so it slowed the rollout to fix the costs and cut this year's growth forecast from 30% to 20%.
Early backers Blackbird and Airtree marked Canva down from $42 billion to $34.9 billion.
Canva ended 2025 with about 265 million monthly users. Roughly 31 million pay. By July, monthly users were down to about 208 million.
That's a lot of free accounts to run expensive AI for, and ChatGPT and Gemini will now make the poster or the slide deck people used to open Canva for.
In 2023 Canva said it had "no plans to do any lay-offs." In 2025 it cut 10 of its 12 technical writers.
It's been cash-flow positive for nine years, but leaked numbers show revenue barely moved this year.
This is what it looks like when AI squeezes a company rich enough to hand out MacBooks and $10,000 grants.
Most software companies feeling that squeeze aren't.

Some of the most successful people have had big career swings. They did sales & product, legal & sales, product & ops, sales & ops, etc. Getting hung up on a single role in your career is counterproductive because you get to see only one side of the business.
From the depth of my heart, all I wanna do is go shopping, do Pilates, and drink matcha…and never work a day in my life.
