We stood with the MAHA movement in support of the Luna Amendment to strip pesticide liability protections from the Farm Bill.
Those provisions would have shielded pesticide manufacturers from accountability for cancer-causing chemicals. Not accountability. Just a get-out-of-court-free card for corporations while American families pay the price.
Chemical companies don't get to hide behind legal immunity while our kids bear the consequences.
