The touch screen on the new MacBook Pro is not a feature, it's a gimmick. You will try it for a day or two and then realize how flawed a vertical design is for touch input. Steve Jobs knew this and said 'no' with good reason. They've lost their way and it will erode goodwill. Large corporations with a dedicated customer base run the risk of becoming arrogant and complacent, then they try to extract more and more money from their customers. They take shortcuts, become lazy and raise prices repeatedly to extract. What they do not realize is that customers don't blindly follow forever. Trust and brand loyalty slowly erodes, one small bad experience at a time. It is a slow process which large corporations ultimately fall victim to.

One hacked laptop. $6 billion gone. Apparently they have flaws in their security infrastructure. Still keeping your crypto on Binance? Ask yourself: Do you trust this exchange to hold your assets… as AI makes attacks smarter and more frequent? This won't be the last incident.

$6 billion drained through a hacked laptop. We just casually witnessed the biggest crypto theft in history. And most people will have forgotten about it by next week.

People often have the strange assumption that something is inherently secure if nothing bad happens for a period of time. That's nonsense, and automated attacks carried out by A.I. agents will make that painfully obvious.

With the new MacBook Pro, you apparently cannot convert the screen into a tablet mode, it will be like a normal MacBook but with touch. Your arms will essentially fall off after a few minutes of use, I reckon it will suck.

The real "fun" begins when systems get compromised which cannot be updated easily, such as IOT devices and parts of critical infrastructure.

I open X and the first thing I see is a priest being killed by a cross. X's algorithm clearly goes too far.

A lot of discoveries will be made not because AI is smarter than humans but because no human has invested the time to try out possible solutions.

CEOs should be personally liable if an AI model goes rogue and is not properly aligned.

You may recall that I warned about this repeatedly, starting years ago. Ledger devices need to be easily verifiable and completely open source.
⚠️ Beware if you use a Ledger hardware wallet, especially if you bought one recently. Based on information so far, it seems to be localized to a supply chain attack with one vendor. A small number of people probably bought fake (or tampered) Ledgers. Ledger is one of the most secure and oldest hardware wallets in the industry. Stood the test of time. But these things happen. I expect and know all BNB ecosystem players (and all industry) to help trace and recover the funds.

As GTA VI approaches, people without a PS5 will realize that they suddenly need a console… most don't plan ahead. The PS5 Pro is already in short supply, the normal PS5 will likely follow suit in the coming weeks. This is your kind reminder to get a PS5 if you need one.

A big player in the AI industry sneezes and the whole market catches a cold.

People take a headline and run with it. I suggest to look beyond headlines…
