The area of Rogers Park bounded by Touhy, Sheridan, Columbia, and Greenwood has 53 dwelling units per acre and an average building height under 40 feet! It's the very definition of gentle density.

Chicago has the density to support so much more rapid transit than we currently have. A few north-south light rail or BRT lines would be transformational.
