A court just blocked DOJ from making California throw out 20,000+ ballots over a ‘likely noncitizen’ list. Turns out DOJ didn’t say until the night before the hearing that the list relied on LexisNexis, a data broker, which somehow matched voter names to Social Security numbers that weren’t even on California’s public voter list. DOJ couldn’t explain the methodology well enough for the judge to call the process credible. That same data broker is the one Login.gov just paid $218 million to verify people’s identities for federal accounts. Login is the one checking who you are before you can get into your taxes, benefits, or healthcare accounts online. Is the federal government using that info to target people? Looks like it’s connected. @RepRaskin @RepRobertGarcia this deserves real scrutiny, no matter who’s in office. joycevance.substack.com/p/an…

Before Congress expands union power through the Faster Labor Contracts Act, lawmakers should take a close look at unions' record of supporting Democratic candidates and opposing key parts of President Trump's agenda. caseforconsumers.org/new-iss…

VANCE: "When the president says that he wants America to win in super intelligence against China, we of course mean that, and we think that there can be great benefits for the American economy. But in order for any of these data centers to be built, first of all, they have to get your buy-in in order to do it."

Union bosses are waging war on President Trump's agenda while lobbying Republicans for support. They've sued the administration more than 70 times and spent millions backing Democrats. Why should Republicans help them pass the Faster Labor Contracts Act?
Union Bosses Want Republican Help While Waging War on Trump getliberty.org/2026/10/union… @realDonaldTrump @VP @SpeakerJohnson @LeaderJohnThune Unions continue to sue the Trump administration, bankroll Democrats, and fund redistricting efforts to defeat Republicans, even as some in the GOP court labor union support. Oct. 26, 2026—Americans for Limited Government (ALG) today released a new issue brief, “Union Bosses Turn on MAGA”, documenting how union bosses continue to sue President Trump, bankroll Democrats, and undermine the America First agenda even as some Republicans seek closer ties with organized labor. “Union bosses want Republican votes in Congress, but they're spending union dues attacking President Trump, funding Democrats, and undermining the America First agenda,” said Americans for Limited Government Executive Director Robert Romano. "Republicans shouldn't reward organizations that are actively working against them." "Unions talk a good game about reaching across the aisle, but the numbers tell a different story," said Romano. "Given this record, it makes little sense for Republicans to support legislation like the Faster Labor Contracts Act, which would give even more power and money to union bosses who continue to sue, outspend, and campaign against the President and his agenda." This report is the latest in ALG's series examining how union leadership continues to push priorities at odds with President Trump's agenda and the concerns of many rank-and-file workers.

Misleading from @nytimesbusiness, @kevinmdraper. Ground beef prices just saw their biggest drop in over a year, per @BLS_gov data. That’s important progress, not a plan "falling short." And judging a 90-day plan at day 45 doesn’t hold up. Smart beef imports are a WIN for Americans. Suggesting otherwise is Fake News. More in thread⬇️ nytimes.com/2026/10/23/busin…

Timing is everything: It takes weeks for beef to get from the pasture ➡️ American grocery stores. Supply doesn’t show up instantly. Allies like Argentina & Paraguay are sending more lean beef, and it’s helping our markets. Ground beef prices are dropping, slowly but surely – a sign that @POTUS’s policy is working. More time turns this into sustained consumer relief. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

CASE applauds President Trump’s work thus far. Keep imports coming in and prices moving down. Big Cattle cried wolf. Now, even NYT admits cattle prices have already rebounded. They’re focused on their own wallets, while the Administration is delivering for ALL Americans. Stay the course. More beef from our allies. More affordable burgers on the menu. 🍔 caseforconsumers.org/case-st…
