"We believe the Republican Party exists to divert political energy and keep Americans inert — so our mission is to seek executive power, and demonstrate what could be accomplished if we removed our fraudulent and self-dealing political class."

He doesn't have to answer to Utah workers because they don't organize. Business owners, who want to import workers, organize. We must organize.

This is why you're going to see more political content from me.
I don't want my children to grow up in a world where people who hate them have power.
I don't know how long I have. I don't know how long America has. It's now or never.
Co-founder Kevin Dolan on using the Constitution as a mandate for action rather than an excuse for inaction:
With Constitutional Action we want to surface leaders and grassroots organizers who are willing to take action on what they understand to be their birthright as Americans. Join us at constitutionalaction.org

Young patriots with serious political ambitions:
There are going to be anunprecedented number of winnable House seats with no GOP incumbent available to us in 2028.
The campaign for those seats starts today.
Start organizing NOW so that YOU or a likeminded ally are our nominee rather than one of the boomerslop "conservatives" whose ideology just drove us into a ditch.
NOW is the time to remake the party in our image.

On the Constitutional Action logo, the Federalist cockade:
In the 1780s, there were street fights in the US over the French Revolution
The Jeffersonians wore the tricolor cockade to support the Jacobins
The Federalists pointed out (correctly) that most of the Frenchmen who had fought with them in the War of Independence had been aristocrats, who were then being slaughtered by the Jacobins
The Federalists instead wore the black cockade, which in Europe symbolized aristocratic defiance of the revolutionary tricolor
Americans have been wearing "Fuck Communism" badges from day one

Millions of Americans are denied equal protection of the nation's laws every day in inner-city no-go zones
Constitutional Action will prosecute DAs & judges - & disincorporate cities - that systematically violate Americans' 14th Amendment rights in this way
AUSTIN MAN slams into a stopped minivan at 103 mph on Mother's Day, right in front of a cop, and kills a fire captain hours after his fifth son was born. DA Jose Garza's office asked him to pay a small fine.
Marvin Taylor was on his way to pick up his four other boys so they could meet their new baby brother. He was sitting at a red light on Koenig Lane when a Dodge Durango doing 103 in a 45 zone slammed into him and threw his van 150 feet. He died pinned inside.
The officer found the driver, Rodney Bremby, with bloodshot eyes and slurred speech and stench of alcohol.
He was charged with intoxication manslaughter, which carries up to 20 years in prison. A judge revoked his bond twice while the case was pending, and both times he was back out within two weeks.
On Monday he got 10 years of probation, community service, and $535 in fees.
Five boys have lost their father, and the man who killed him just had to pay a small fine and promise not do it again before going back home.
