cuse hoops🍊

Cuse back to back huge wins in football. Carrying that into hoops tomorrow. Life is not bad.🍊

I’ve said it once (maybe) and I’ll say it again. Can’t look too deep into these pre-season games. Again, brand new head coach and he’s going to try out different rotations with brand new players. There are no solid opinions on this team which is good. At least see how the regular season plays out before deciding whether or not you think this team is good.

I don’t want to comment on the two preseason games because I don’t want to form an opinion on a team that’s 0-0. But, in the little time I watched them, here’s what I’ve liked. - Sadiq is looking like a true breakout star in the ACC. He put up 17 against UConn on solid splits. The fact he came back tells us this program means something to him. - Three point shooting should drastically improve this season. Something we’ve lacked for years. Morano especially, he has looked very promising. - Gerry Mac is our coach. That enough is something to look forward to. - We have a true Center. Luke Wilson is the reigning Sun- Belt DPOY with a true all-around paint presence. - Our bench is more than capable of scoring. Dating back to the Boeheim days, it’s really felt like a 6 man rotation. This year we have guys capable of giving meaningful minutes. - This could just be me, but I feel that Doty should and will have the ball in his hands during pivotal shots and possessions. Underwhelming games have been the Orange standard, so it’s easy to see the negatives in the two preseason games. But there is certainly a lot more to look forward to. Win or lose, the fans aren’t going anywhere. We want and expect good results. I hope GMac can be the guy. But with the season right around the corner, we’re all eager for Cuse to restore our faith in the program.

Man that was one of the worst drives I’ve ever seen in my life. 0-11 in the last 11 ACC games.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a Syracuse fan… It’s never tweet anything positive until it’s said and done. We might’ve hit a milestone of 100+ blown leads on this account in 3 years. Sad. Syracuse. Hours.

Is this Syracuse football I’m watching? This is ELECTRIC.

Going to be a beast. I know it

The game never should’ve been that close. Glad they got the win but that was alarming. More than normal.

Man I love me some Steve Angeli, but wow. Hard to deny Odom the starting spot with a performance like this. Let’s close out the second half fellas!🍊

What better way to kick off a Friday! This is HUGE!

What a poor outing. Absolute shit show. Feels like last year all over again.

Angeli throwing meatball subs. Phenomenal.

This has 2024 Stanford game written all over it.

ESPN predictions for 2026-2027 Syracuse Basketball Ceiling: 20 wins, Tourney appearance, 8th in ACC Floor: 17 wins, No tourney appearance, 13th in ACC I feel the disrespect, hopefully Gerry has these guys as hungry as I am.

Since starting this account, I have never once turned a game off because we were winning by so much. Today that happened. Great start to the season man such an enjoyable game. 1-0🍊 we move!!!

We now have Syracuse football and basketball until March/April of next year.. Life is GREAT. 🏈Cuse vs. UNH, 12 PM, 📺ACC Network The year of the Orange! 🍊

So Amarri Monroe can play this season? Definitely a huge asset, just don’t want to get my hopes up.

I’ve never seen a guy who just has that “freak of nature” look on him like Amarri. Could be filling a gap in the defensive frontcourt.
