The perfect regular season is complete for CBA, knocking off Shaker on the road 27-6. The Brothers went with a rather basic offense attack tonight and still had no problems, improving to (9-0) on the year. Next up, the Class AA playoffs where @AlbanyCba will be the #1 seed.

Shenendehowa reigns supreme in Class AAA, defeating Guilderland in convincing fashion, 6-2. Last year, @ShenAthletics suffered a double OT loss to Saratoga Springs in the championship. Tonight, Shen wouldn't be denied the hardware, earning the program's first title since 2023.

Quite the statement made by the Northville Falcons, who captured the program's third sectional title in the past five years. One year after a heartbreaking loss in PK's to Fort Ann, @NCSFalcons left no doubt, cruising to a dominant 4-0 win to capture the Class D crown.

Saturday, for the first time since 2023, Casey Stadium will host a ranked matchup. #15 Campbell comes to town to square off with #25 @UAlbanyFootball. The Great Danes have been the story of the year in the @CAAFootball, but they know this will be a "measuring stick" game.

It's a "championship or bust mentality" headed into Monday's home opener for Terry Primm (@SienaCoachPrimm) and the Saints. @Siena_WBB returns their top four scorers, picked second in the @MetroConfHoops preseason poll, and are hungry to bring a title back to Loudonville.

In case you missed it last night, Burnt Hills emphatically punched their ticket to the Class AA boy's soccer championship, beating Columbia in the semis 4-1. One step closer to capturing the program's first title since 2019. @BHBLAthletics will face #1 Bethlehem on Saturday.

UAlbany continues their remarkable season; entering the FCS Coaches Poll at #25. Saturday, @UAlbanyFootball snapped Rhode Island's 17-game home winning streak. From (2-10) a year ago to now (5-3), @UACoachPerk's group isn't satisfied with the program's turnaround just yet.

Saratoga walked away with a win in a defensive slug fest tonight at Shenendehowa, 14-10. The reigning Class AA champions scored all 14 points in the second quarter, then let their defense dominate the rest of the way. @TogaAthletics

Another impressive outing from Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, able to push their record to (8-0) with a win over Queensbury tonight, 42-7. The Spartans scored on the first play from scrimmage and never looked back. @BHBLAthletics

CBA cruises to an (8-0) record with a 69-0 win over Guilderland. The Brothers, averaging 58 points per game, have locked in the #1 seed in the upcoming Class AA playoffs. Prior to the postseason, @AlbanyCba caps off their regular season with a showdown vs. Shaker.

Glens Falls has locked in the #1 seed in the upcoming Class B sectional playoffs after a 43-14 win over Schalmont. The Black Bears, led by QB1 Chase McTague's four rushing touchdowns, improve to (8-0) and are one step closer to the three-peat as champions. @GFSDathletics

Before taking his athleticism to Fiji, Ori Jean Charles was a problem at LB for @UAlbanyFootball. A member of the 2023 FCS semifinalist team, Jean Charles finished the season with 116 tackles. After tonight's episode, @OJC_7 is 1 of 14 contestants remaining on @survivorcbs 51.

The Great Danes' offense came to life in their 48-31 Golden Apple win at Stony Brook. In Monday's @CAAFootball media call, @UACoachPerk praised the scoring outburst. Saturday, @UAlbanyFootball heads to Rhode Island; the Rams riding a 17-game home winning streak since 2023.

Yesterday, the Nevada Smith (@nvsmith) led Saints showed composure under pressure and that they feed off each other's energy. This new era of @SienaMBB has a ton of young talent who can push the pace. An exciting brand of basketball being built in Loudonville.

More reaction after yesterday's narrowly decided exhibition between Syracuse and Siena. Gerry McNamara with high praise for the Saints, who gave the Orange all they could handle. GMac made it clear that @SienaMBB should be right back in the @MetroConfSports title contention.

In an exhibition thriller, Siena showed a promising glimpse of what they can become; taking Syracuse to the wire in an 81-76 loss. Led at halftime and in a one-possession dogfight at the end, @SienaMBB opened many eyes around not only the @MetroConfSports, but the country.

A whirlwind of an afternoon for Gerry McNamara in his return to Albany. The 2025-26 MAAC champs were celebrated, but all that fun went away rather quickly as Siena put a serious scare into the Orange. Post win, GMac reflected on his first memorable chapter as a head coach.
