I guess this is going to be the primary buy/sell on-ramp for crypto in the future:
Crypto ETF's.
The market is evolving and maturing.
Citi Wealth just published “Expanding the Investable Universe: Introduction to Crypto ETFs”, which pitches spot BTC and ETH ETFs as the regulated, brokerage-account way for suitable clients to add digital assets alongside stocks and bonds.
Separately, Citi said on Aug 18 that its new Custody+ platform will start holding bitcoin for institutional clients this year.
By my count, that would make Citi the 6th of 29 G-SIBs (systemically important banks) to have institutional bitcoin custody live or announced, after BNY, Standard Chartered, Société Générale, State Street and Deutsche Bank. BNY, Standard Chartered and SocGen’s SG-Forge are already licensed and serving institutions, and Deutsche Bank says it is weeks away. JPMorgan has said custody is off the table for now.
The Binance hack last week could be one reason Citi has stayed quiet on timing. I heard that the service was already set for launch last week.

They have one of the best fundamentals on the entire crypto market.
A lot of fun inbound when FA meets TA.
LFG!
$TEL won today's Chart Request 🗳️
Still inside a 3-year massive consolidation bottom, holding ABOVE the Point of Control at ~.001388.
Last altseason it ran 4000% from the breakout point.
Only this time Telcoin has been approved as a crypto bank, THE FIRST to do it, with brick and mortar.
When altseason begins, a similar move would net .35+

Zooming in on the fundamentals, filtering all the noise, you’ll see there is definitely a bright light at the end of the tunnel.
Any moment for Alt Season.
Don't be the one getting caught by surprise...

We started October with just 20% of S&P 500 stocks above their 50-day moving average. We finished at 60%.
The S&P 500 fell less than 1% for both the week and the month. Read X and you'd think we were headed for a crash.
October saw the largest hedge fund degrossing in over a decade.
AI has permanently changed the market structure. The SaaS/QE/ZIRP era has given way to high nominal GDP, massive capital needs, hardware shortages for years, greater concentration and violent rotations.
Investors are adapting. Earnings keep growing. AI progress keeps accelerating.
Anthropic and Oracle sent an important message to the market but few heard it.
And the “smart” doomers keep telling us how the AI bubble will end the world. They know, they have seen it. Spooky ghost tales on Halloween.

Achterlijk gedoe.

The current crypto setup is outrageous.
November 2022: Fed rates at 3.75 to 4%, FTX collapses, US midterms, crypto bottoms.
Four years later we’ve got the same rates, the Binance hack, midterms again, and Coinbase Premium at its lowest since that exact bottom.
Add the business cycle finally starting to turn after five to six years of sideways, and I think it’s an incredible time to be a crypto bull.
I say it with caution, but this altcoin chart is something else.
BTC and ETH structure 0:00
November 2022 vs now 1:05
Crypto bull, with caution 1:43
Coinbase Premium 4-year low 2:21
Total market cap structure 3:34
The 2019-2020 setup 4:07
Best of the last two bottoms 4:58
Altcoin market cap chart 5:42
QT and the post QT dip 6:03
Business cycle 6:58
Five to six years of compression 8:24
Altcoins could double 9:00
Managing risk 11:00

I think it's clear Hyperliquid is being pushed forward now as THE crypto exchange the US and regions around it.
Binance will play a less significant rule in the years ahead.
Self custody will be something for OG's, it will turn out to be a failed experiment for the big public.
Really fair points.
After all these years even the bigges exchange @binance still lacks the authority to safely handle customers funds.
Very concerning.
After years of repeated CEX hacks, I still don’t understand how outgoing transfers of this size can happen without independent human review and signing.
Where are the circuit breakers? Why aren’t unusually large withdrawals automatically delayed, queued for review and subject to additional approval, especially when funds are moving to a new address?
Withdrawing $5,000 from a bank can involve questions and a manager’s approval. Yet somehow, $100 million++++ can flow out of an exchange to an unfamiliar address in seconds.
Make it make sense. Please.
That is IF that $3b in frozen funds ARE coming back...
It's a big mess tbh.
I don't know how, but the 2 positive outcomes would be:
-All users indeed getting their funds back
-Wintermute scamming business dies here
