So many undisclosed vibe coded programs and tools popping up these days… I think it’s especially telling when the program is “made” by someone that doesn’t seem to have prior coding experience. There have also been 3 VRM editing softwares gaining popularity among VRoid users these days that were likely vibe coded as well since the creators are ai users (2 of them openly tweets about ai… while the other has the software manual hosted on gpt’s site). Of course, we all have different views on the ethics of vibe coding, but I wished the creators were at least transparent about it in the product description. I actually asked one of them politely (the only one who never openly used ai) as I was considering to purchase the app, but was ignored lolol I’m not gonna mention names but please practice having healthy skepticism when shopping around if you’re also concern about the ethics of ai usage.
