Last night, I voted against the Rwanda bill - an appalling piece of legislation that demonises desperate people who are just trying to survive.

Some of my cycling friends have sent me this delightful book and postcards by @davewalker to encourage my broken ankle to heal quicker. It has 125 pages of brilliant and insightful cartoons! I’ve already had a knowing chuckle at a few of them

Migrants are human beings, not faceless statistics.
We can make the positive case for immigration by challenging divisive rhetoric and celebrating our shared humanity instead.

Today we #StayandPray for Dhaka, where an explosion in a commercial building has injured at least 100 people and killed at least 17. God, we pray for all those who have lost loved ones in the explosion, and for greater safety measures in Dhaka.

ALT Background image is a photo of the city of Dhaka at dusk. The sky is dark blue with clouds lit up pink by the light. The colourful buildings with flat roofs make up the bottom half of the image. Text in text box reads: ?Monday 13th March. Today we stay and pray for Dhaka, where an explosion in a commercial building has injured at least 100 people and killed at least 17. Thank you Greenbelters – as usual – for being the most conscientious and caring festival-goers. This is how you left our campsite field on Tuesday. Not a leftover tent, or bit of rubbish in sight. Every year you do us proud. #LeaveNoTrace #TravelLight

It's our final day together in the fields – at least until next year – and so far it's been a cracking one. After explosive performances last night. We've brought in our final day with conversations about feminism, science, spirituality and poetry. There's much more to come.
