"Huh-?" That caught him off guard, teaching someone Chaos Control? He doesn't even know if such a thing is possilbe, you're either able to do it or can't, as far as he knew. "Hm...If Sonic can manage it with a fake Emerald.."

"Well, we could either do that, or I could use Chaos Control, I do have one of the Emeralds with me on hand at the moment." Ah, classic Shadow, always trying to keep an Emerald in case of emergencies.

He gave a smile as he just simply held her close to him. So, what's on the agenda for today?"

"Yeah.. Same to you."

"Good morning, Amy." He gave her a kiss on the cheek.

As they walked, the pace was irritatingly slow for him, so he had an idea. He looked over at Cream, as he went to voice it. "I can lift you and that Chao up, and we can be there in an instant."

"Uh, I don't want to be seen as weak to the others... So, just keep this side of me a secret, all right?" He patiently waited for her to return as she walked off, arms folded in one of his usual poses. "Good, then let's get going."

"I.. Haven't felt at peace like this in years.." He simply rested his chin upon her head, enjoying their time together.

"Yeah.. I do too." With that, he pulled her in for some snuggling.

"Heh.. Saying that in public is gonna take some time getting used to."

"I love you too.."

|| Fun Fact, Eggman was always called Eggman in the Japanese versions. Why they localized it to Robotnik first then switched to Eggman anyways, who knows.

"I'm not exactly hungry so I think I'm alright, but thanks.. I was just concerned for you, kid." He shook his head, she'll never grow if she skips out on meals for the sake of others.

"What round is this world domination attempt doctor? Number 467?"

"Then let's go.. ... Are you sure you don't want to pack any sort of snacks for yourself?" He asked the rabbit, rather concerned that she's neglecting her own hunger in favor of the chao.

He blinked, rather taken aback by the hug as he gave the girl another pat on the head. "It's not a distraction if I'm the one who offered it, I don't mind doing it.. Today is a pretty slow day so far anyways."

"Not exactly.. I don't really have anything planned at the moment myself.. I could escort you there, to make sure you get there safely.." He didn't want the child getting lost or hurt by something random on the way there.
