This policy will continue to be a cornerstone of EU funding 👇
Farmers face growing risks from floods, droughts and heatwaves ➡️ Planning ahead and putting resilience and risk management at the centre of action is key, not acting after disaster strikes.
Preparing now is essential to protect our food security and rural livelihoods.
🌍Climate-related losses already represent ~6% of the EU’s annual crop & livestock production.

Today’s meeting with Baltic & Finnish farm organisations reinforced that we cannot leave our EU Eastern border behind. I’ll return to Finland in Feb 2027, on its Russian border
