I love what I do. I do. But leaving for 5 wks, forgot my laptop charger, dog ate butter chicken 1 hr before I left (she’s OK), red eye delayed, and just saw a young woman pushing an elder across the tarmac like I did 100x so now I’m crying in the airport missing Margaret.

Went out to the farm yesterday and gathered up all my old rodeo gear. My daughter goes to a ranch bronc clinic in a couple of weeks and continues the tradition of rough stock riding women in the family. Also found my old rugby boots and gave them to my son. #IUsedToBeSoCool

After a hard drive through a whiteout I am at last home from a school visit tour. Overwhelmed by the kindness, connection, and hospitality. Put on so many miles I made it well into my 10th audiobook. Off again in 2 weeks!
