🚨 SOCIALISM IS HERE: The NYC Council just voted to put nonprofits at the FRONT of the line when you sell your own building.
The vote was 38 to 9.
When an owner of a covered building decides to sell, city-certified nonprofits get 20 days to say they're interested and 70 more to make an offer.
That's 90 days of the government picking who gets first shot at YOUR property.
Even after that, the nonprofit can come back and MATCH any outside offer you get.
About 2,100 buildings are covered, and Mayor Zohran Mamdani has pledged to sign it.
None of this should surprise anyone. Back in 2021, Mamdani called for the "full de-commodification" of housing.
He told you exactly what he believed. Now he's doing it.
You bought it. You paid for it. You carry the costs.
But in Mamdani's New York, City Hall decides who gets to buy it.
That's not housing policy. That's SOCIALISM.

I am surpised to see a future doctor that has not fallen for the extreme DEI and other absurd political extremism taught in med school. ObamaScare created a health"care" crisis. Democrats are now claiming they want to fix, and taught to not think critically about anything. Go in with a zebra illness, which is very scary and the patient gets accused of lying or being crazy because the doctor doesn't look or research anything rare or different that the basics. Great proof is the ONGOING COVID and MRNA vaccine scam. God bless you if you can get through the process without the cynical attitude that the medical industry promotes. Doctors being taught not to care about patients with "keep your distance" to "protect themselves" from the people who are scared, sick, and mostly systemically dehumanized for being sick. Patients feel that demoralizing attitude from the doctors and will latch on to a RARE JEWEL that went into medicine to help people. God bless those who find a normal person for a doctor, those who wants to listen and care. So you may feel more pressure but it's because you're outnumbered by psychopaths. But I will pray you are built to fight and survive all of that and become a wonderful human being doctor. ❤️
