I lost my Epic Games account on a random tuesday last year. When logging in it keeps saying "this account doesn't exist". My two factor identificator or my email wasn't tripped meaning nobody even hacked it, the account just vanished into oblivion. The only use for this account was for playing Rocket League and Fortnite on Xbox meaning I always used my Xbox account to connect to the Epic account. Now what should I do about it based on Epic Games recommendation? Well I should go to their account retrieval system, once there I can give them information to prove the account I'm trying to retrieve is really mine. The only information I can really give them since I never bought anything on their storefront is my Xbox account! Okay well let's give them that....."This method isn't enough please try another way" Well I guess me and my years of Rocket League trading can go fuck themselves! 🤷♂️

I completely agree, friend. I am extremely critical of rockstar’s business corporate decisions. I am not a fan of what they’re doing whatsoever at all. I think it’s scummy, crummy, and greedy, but I won’t say that the game sucks or looks stupid or that it’s going to flop because the developers are a different story. The people who made this game are the true heroes, and their craft looks amazing. I’m very much a physical media type of guy, 100%. but two things can be true at once, and I can be very vocal about rockstar’s business practices and call out their behavior. Without diminishing the video game itself.
