Someone CT scanned a 1st Edition Neo Destiny pack and there was a Shining Charizard in it.
They even got a letter of authenticity! 👀

Nobody talks about WotC box toppers.
Every Legendary Collection & Skyridge booster box came with one oversized card on top. One per box.
LC: jumbo fireworks reverse holos (Charizard, Dark Blastoise, Dark Raichu, Mewtwo)
Skyridge: crystal-style Charizard, Crobat, Ho-Oh, Kabutops
The regular-size versions of these cards from the same sets go for crazy money. The giant ones that only existed 1-per-box barely get mentioned.
That’s the sleepiest corner of vintage Pokémon.
