🔊 Over 100 organisations call on Commonwealth Heads of Government to act on #humantrafficking, #forcedlabour and other forms of #exploitation at #CHOGM2026. Read the joint statement and our recommendations: tinyurl.com/2z2x7cxz #humanrights
📋 Government leaders should also reference ISO 37200 in public procurement once it is published by ISO , alongside binding law: mandatory human rights due diligence, with penalties for non-compliance. And ratify the 2014 Protocol to the Forced Labour Convention. #EndForcedLabour
🤝 We also call for regulated migration and recruitment pathways, and for genuine participation of survivors, workers and affected communities in the development of national plans, including climate planning and sector risk assessments. #EndTrafficking
