Day 451 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, steal 150 of my consoles & my phone, and framing me for a crime to cover up their own corruption. The false charge attempting to be brought by @CityPolice will likely attempt to argue that Dev Kits are illegal to own, a position with no legal basis. Based on the August voluntary interview, this argument will be focused around civil contractual obligations, unfortunately for them a civil ownership dispute on this occasion does not give rise to any criminal liability, because no crime has ever been committed, except against me by Sega falsely claiming the items were stolen when we all know it was their own negligence that led to those consoles leaving Brentford. I’m more interested in knowing what fabrications or misrepresentations were made to Judge Bartle at Southwark crown court to obtain 4 search warrants. Was he informed that I was openly selling the property with full reference to it’s provenance? Was he made aware of Segas own admission that in the weeks prior to the move they were unable to account for ownership of property in their possession? Most interestingly whether the information provided by Segas “corporate investigative partner” aligns with what I actually provided them when pretending to be a prospective purchaser. That will reveal whether the lie began at Sega, Fusion85 or City of London Police. I have my suspicions, each party has a motive, whether it be financial, reputational or career progression. Theres a reason they let a T/DC apply for those warrants, easy fall guy, shows how little they actually think of you 😭 The fight continues! Ps we still have plenty of dev kits.

My client brought me a Dunkin zero calorie sparking water, a HUGE one. I don’t drink caffeine because it’s horrific to me, I end up having major anxiety. I downed it thinking it was water and I started to feel weird….basically trying to decide if having my skin is optional or if could just take it off. IT HAS 150MG CAFFEINE IM FREAKING OUT🤣 and probably about to meet Jesus due to a heart attack or stroke. Goodbye cruel world it was nice knowing you. Catholics, don’t celebrate yet… it’s just anxiety probably, unless it isn’t and I’m about to stroke out … but I’ll probably be ok , maybe 🤓 0/10 do not recommend. Sweating like it’s my job.

Hideo Kojima has noticed the fan-made PC port of P.T., and the developer behind it couldn’t believe it. Kojima reposted the project bringing even more attention to the fan-made version that is being rebuilt to run natively on PC. The developer, LoreanXavier, has spent years working on the project. After Kojima noticed it, he said: “This really means the world to me.” P.T. was Kojima’s playable teaser for the cancelled Silent Hills, and it was removed from the PlayStation Store back in 2015. Now, more than 10 years later, Kojima is happy to see fans bring his game back to life on PC.

The older generation most certainly did not “pay into” Social Security anywhere close to the amount they are withdrawing. This program is one giant wealth transfer from poor young Americans to rich old ones.

I keep seeing these arguments and it leaves out the fact that the older population paid into Social Security their entire lives with the promise it would be there for them one day. It could easily be said that it would be morally reprehensible to rip it from them.
