Congratulations Team #ISRO for the successful launch of GSLV-F18/NVS-03 mission! This remarkable achievement reflects India's growing prowess in Space technology and our unwavering commitment to strengthening sovereign indigenous navigation capabilities. With revolutionary Space reforms announced by PM Shri @narendramodi ji in recent years, India's success stories in Space vindicate the dream of founding fathers Vikram Sarabhai and Satish Dhawan. Today is the celebration of another proud moment for India!

Walked around the exhibition showcasing Government–Industry Synergy for Geospatial Transformation under the theme “Co-Creating the Geospatial Economy for Viksit Bharat 2047.” The exhibition highlighted innovations, emerging opportunities and collaborative initiatives in the geospatial sector, bringing together government, industry and academia to strengthen institutional frameworks, encourage investment and unlock new business opportunities towards building a robust geospatial ecosystem for #ViksitBharat2047.

My keynote address at the workshop on “Government & Industry Synergy for Geospatial Transformation: Co-Creating the Geospatial Economy for Viksit Bharat 2047” at New Delhi. Key Takeaways: "Geospatial sector has evolved from a mere technical resource for mapping and surveying into a strategic national asset for economic growth. Over the past 12-13 years, far-reaching geospatial reforms have been undertaken and the work culture in the Survey of India has been totally overhauled, with a new National Geospatial Policy in place. As a result, the Survey of India has transformed from an organisation focused on traditional, labour-intensive surveying to one adapting to satellite-based mapping, drones and computer-based technologies. Time has come for stronger public-private partnerships to expand markets, develop viable business models and encourage StartUps and MSMEs. The National Geospatial Policy 2022 provided an open framework that could accommodate emerging technologies, including geospatial artificial intelligence (AI). The way forward was to “enable, invest and adopt”—enabling to build confidence, investing to develop capability, and adopting geospatial solutions to generate economic growth, particularly in some of PM Sh @narendramodi's flagship initiatives in agriculture and housing sector".

On the eve of #RashtriyaEktaDiwas commemorating the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Patel, took the pledge at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), #SevaTeerth, New Delhi, alongside Principal Secretary to Prime Minister, Dr. P.K. Mishra, Principal Secretary-2 to Prime Minister , Shri Shaktikanta Das and, all the officers and staff of PMO. Reaffirmed our collective commitment to upholding the unity and integrity of the nation and strengthening the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’. #NationalUnityDay

Launch Day! #ISRO marks another milestone in India’s Space journey! The GSLV-F18/NVS-03 mission scheduled for launch today, 30 October 2026, at 23:51 hrs IST from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC SHAR), Sriharikota. NVS-03, the third satellite in the second-generation NVS series, designed to augment the NavIC constellation and ensure continuity of navigation services. A significant step towards strengthening India’s indigenous navigation capabilities!

On the birth anniversary of Dr Homi J. Bhabha, the Father of India’s Nuclear Programme, sharing a rare photograph of the visionary scientist (extreme right) alongside some of the leading scientific minds of his time. His pioneering contributions laid the foundation for India’s nuclear science and continue to inspire generations of scientists.

My Address at the valedictory session of the 3-day "Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave" #ESTIC2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Key Takeaways: "At ESTIC 2026, I commend the coming together of a wide range of scientific disciplines and international experts, including Nobel laureates. Our future aim has to be to ensure that ESTIC progressively evolves into a globally recognised platform where researchers, academicians, innovators, StartUps and Investors reach out to seek opportunities to participate, collaborate and co-create. The success of India’s research and innovation ecosystem would increasingly be assessed through its tangible contributions to national development and the vision of 2047.   India's research priorities need to increasingly focus on indigenous resources, indigenous methodologies and indigenous technologies developed within the country. Let us disperse from here with a call for transformation through technology with tangible outcomes for common citizens, reaffirming PM Sh @NarendraModi ji's advice to work on measurable outcomes for the years to come".
