Russian services are used exclusively by the Russians. Russians mostly created parallel society and don’t have any impact on the Georgians. Outside of hearing Russian language in the streets, average Georgian will not notice them being deported.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡ͺUnfortunately, Georgia has been lost. Russia has effectively taken it over. I was there just two months ago, and I was genuinely shocked. Supermarkets overflowing with Russian products, Russian banks, services, taxi apps everywhere. Russian people everywhere, Russian license plates on the streets. They walk around as if they are in their own country. More than 26,000 companies have been registered by Russian citizens in Georgia since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began. Meanwhile, the Georgian government has abandoned its European ambitions, postponing EU accession talks until 2028. I honestly felt as if I were in a country that Russia had already reclaimed as its own.
