This is how contracts are signed by our governments to work against the people. Toll rates will increase in perpetuity, although the cost of the road is fully recovered. This collection is on for 30 years plus. We will be told that collection has to continue for new infrastructure -- we have seen the quality. WE, THE PEOPLE, will NOT EVEN DEMAND that the toll rates should be frozen. Hence is it is absolute malai for govt and toll collection contractors (also politically connected). BE HAPPY or RAISE your voice!!

There was a time when FM @PChidambaram_IN used to address the markets and retailers. They kept markets at ease.
