This blue wave feels different and I'm cautiously optimistic. Hopefully the DNC finally learns the lesson that progressive positions are actually popular with voters.

Why is there a live chat under twitter's election coverage page? That's such an awful idea lmao

Didn't realize this was still in Virginia's constitution until today wtf. If somehow Obergefell got overturned would this be technically enforceable? Glad we get to vote to remove this part today.

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026). arkolith.com/news/news-micr… therepublic.com/?p=843020 governor.ny.gov/news/safer-str…

Hating applying for jobs... Why does every "entry level" posting in my field claim 2-3 years of experience is required. Also doesn't help that I'm hesitant to move far right now but maybe I should.

All the actual entry level stuff for planning is in some tiny rural town that I know I'd hate living in.

My top 6 Pokemon per region. Hoenn, Unova, and Alola, and Paldea were all hard to narrow down.

Highkey want to try Deadlock but lowkey don't know how that game works. How transferable is moba knowledge from Dota?

I've always had shit aim and reaction time in shooters so that's definitely the biggest hurdle. That and key binds feeling awkward. All the keys feel like they're fighting for prime real estate around WASD. I'm too used to putting my movement item on spacebar in Dota 😔

Being third person really amplifies the feeling of being lost as a beginner. At least in a top-down moba, I can pan the camera around to see where things are and there's some downtime while I'm walking. Everything is so close together I never feel safe enough to check shop or map
