This is in very bad faith Yuvraj. You are a good cricketer, you are a strong human, a cancer survivor. But you are an absolute health and science illiterate. People like you and your business of bad science deeply damages science literacy and public health in our society. It is a pathetic. You can be powerful allies for cancer patients and oncology societies and use your voice to educate people on evidence-based preventative care and direct cancer patients towards science-based care for improved survival outcomes. But instead, you chose to team up with unethical businessmen - some with long degrees, lengthy certifications and in high positions without any functioning brain cell - and among them, one of the worst "health" influencers on the internet right now, the so-called cancer surgeon Arpit Bansal who is a pseudoscience sympathizer, an Ayurveda apologist and quite similar to Luke Coutinho, but with actual medical degrees wasted. Know this first: Cancer patients who use alternative medicine die sooner, study finds - nbcnews.com/health/health-ne… Now coming to your product - P32 Among the 32 listed ingredients with 35+ distinct compounds in them, 13 carry documented risks of organ toxicity, mineral toxicity, capable of causing/promoting atherosclerosis inducing toxin generation, and with high rates of toxic environmental contamination. Four ingredients - Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Curcumin and Boswellia are among the most frequently implicated botanicals in liver injury in LiverTox registries. When they come together, it is going to be disastrous. medpagetoday.com/gastroenter… - The person who designed this complex formulation is really a clown. Nearly all 30 active ingredients in this 32-ingredient supplement lack solid scientific proof for the health benefits promised on the label. First, the company's own chart admits that eight ingredients have no gold-standard human trials behind them - two are just inactive fillers, and six rely on weaker data or are added only for safety, yet are still marketed as multi-organ boosters. At least 11 ingredients are "fairy-dusted," meaning the sachet contains only a tiny fraction of the daily dose actually proven to work in human studies. High-level clinical and translational evidence demonstrates that several components in this sachet can actually increase cancer risk or accelerate tumor progression in healthy adults: Vitamin E (prostate cancer), combined folic acid+B12 (lung and colon cancer) and NAC, Vit E, Vit C, Astaxanthin (increase risk of cancer spread). See this paper: Supplement Use and Increased Risks of Cancer: Unveiling the Other Side of the Coin - pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… Finally, the product stretches basic science by assuming that because a nutrient deficiency harms certain organs, taking extra amounts will supercharge those same organs in healthy adults who already get enough nutrients. Your product is absolute BS just like the whole of herbal and dietary supplement industry is. Have some shame selling this nonsense to public and people with cancer. I hope nobody accepts your stupid invite.
My second innings starts now. In 2011, I played the World Cup with cancer. Nobody knew. Neither did I. Now I take my daily health very seriously. So should entire India. Most Indians who take supplements take one, two or three. That isn’t enough to run the body. So we built Protocol32: 32 FSSAI-approved supplements, in the right quantities for an average Indian, working together to run 13 chains in the body. One sachet a day, mixed in water or milk. Co-formulated with Dr. Anurag Agrawal and Dr. Arpit Bansal. Built with Prashant Pitti and Prasad C P. Made in Bangalore. Swipe through to see every supplement, every dose and every chain. Protocol32 is invite only. The first batch is only a few hundred people, and we’re starting with fitness, health and nutrition creators, doctors, dietitians, entrepreneurs and celebrities. An unarmed army doctor charged at a suicide bomber in Kabul and held on to him until the vest exploded. His name was Major Laishram Jyotin Singh, from Bishnupur in Manipur, a doctor in the Army Medical Corps. In February 2010 he was sent to Kabul to work with an Indian medical team. He had been there 13 days. On 26 February 2010, around 6.30 am, suicide bombers attacked the guarded compound where the Indian officers were staying. A car bomb killed three guards at the gate. A terrorist entered the compound, fired into the rooms and threw grenades. Five unarmed officers were hiding in one room. A grenade hit it. The fire spread to a bathroom where five more were hiding. Jyotin crawled out of the debris of his own room when he heard them shouting. With bare hands, he charged at the armed terrorist and pinned him down. He held him until the terrorist set off his suicide vest. Both died. Jyotin was 37. The Ministry of Defence said his sacrifice saved 10 of his colleagues. On 26 January 2011 he was awarded the Ashok Chakra, India's highest peacetime gallantry award.

Doctor who trekked into remote villages to save tribal children is now behind bars for standing with Adivasis defending their sacred hills. When saving lives is met with handcuffs & protecting forests is branded a crime, what exactly is the law protecting & whom? @NihaMasih
My dear friends, please, I hope to demand your absolute attention to this matter: In 2018, my junior from St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru, Dr. Randall Sequeira (middle in the pic), trekked up a steep, bauxite-rich plateau in Odisha to hold a monsoon health camp in the indigenous Kutiya Kondh village of Kutrumali. In a piece he wrote then titled "Kutrumali’s Demons," Randall described sleeping under a dripping school roof in freezing fog, borrowing utensils from a local health worker to cook khichdi, and waking up at 6 AM to a line of tribal mothers. He wrote with heartbreak about treating malnourished toddlers with protruding bellies and visible ribs, listening to stories of stillbirths and chronic fevers, while noticing the shiny new solar lights installed by a mining conglomerate eyeing the aluminium ore beneath the villagers' feet. Comparing his small medical team to hobbits sheltering in the night, Randall worried about the outside forces coming for that fragile village. Randall stayed with the tribal/ adivasi community to serve them. After St. John’s and an MD in Internal Medicine from SMS Jaipur, he gave up every comfort of urban medicine to live in Kalahandi, recognizing that clinical prescriptions are meaningless when indigenous communities are stripped of their forests, water, and dignity. On the night of October 16, Odisha police picked up Dr. Randall Sequeira and Dalit activist Laxman Naik at 11 PM from his home in Bhawanipatna. A gentle physician who has spent years trekking up hills to save tribal children is now locked in Rayagada sub-jail under frivolous but draconian charges (attempt to murder, dacoity), simply for standing with Adivasis peaceful protesting the mining of their sacred hills in Sijimali and Kutrumali. thewire.in/rights/randall-se… Odisha Govt. said it will cut down forests to connect tribal villages. But it was a way to bypass green laws and fast track London based Vedanta’s, and Adani's mining plans. Local organisations estimate that around 45 villages depend on these hills and would be affected. reporters-collective.in/trc/… The state has answered with repression rather than dialogue. In the last three years, at least 43 police cases have been filed and over a hundred Adivasis and Dalits, both women and men, have been incarcerated in Odisha jails. For example, from In March and april 2026, 8, 2026, to April 8, 2026, within one month, 24 people were sent to jail, 217 were made accused, and the number of “others” total 1,140. An activist who was not named in the original FIRs, but has since been implicated in about 12 cases, so that bail in one case is followed by arrest in another. This pattern of capture and releases have been used to crush rational dissent. Dr. Randall understood that being a good doctor means understanding that prescriptions cannot compensate for the denial of land rights, that surgery cannot undo displacement and that no medical can substitute for the basic infrastructure a government has failed to provide. thehindu.com/sci-tech/health… To my fellow medical fraternity, and every citizen with a conscience: a kind physician who embodies the highest ethics of our profession is being criminalized to clear the way for bauxite mining. Please do not let his voice be buried in a sub-jail. Amplify this, demand due process, and demand the immediate release. A century before the term Gen Z was created (and long before the Delhi Police began directing protests to Jantar Mantar for better crowd control and traffic management in the 1990s), the British imperial government in Delhi had been terrified of student dissent in the center of the capital city. Their initial plan was to have a 'Great College Street' at the core of the city, with St. Stephen's College, and other institutions to come later, all in Lutyens' Delhi. They were all moved to the 'University Enclave' in North Delhi, a much safer distance from the imperial hub. It was a clear political decision driven by fear of student and youth power. The intersection of today's Kasturba Gandhi Marg (formerly "Great College Street") and Feroze Shah Road was originally intended to be called University Square. The British Raj’s fear of having a hotbed of political dissent and intellectual rebellion so close to the seat of their power on Raisina Hill was driven by their knowledge of the students of St. Stephen’s being actively involved in agitations and movements led by Mahatma Gandhi, who spent some time living in the college campus; and the British feared the potent mix of academic ferment and revolutionary fervour in the heart of their new capital. 'After changes upon changes, we are more or less the same,' sang Simon and Garfunkel in 1969. Why Didn't the British Allow St Stephen's College to Be a Part of Lutyens' Delhi? Historian Dr Swapna Liddle explains to @delhicircuit in @thewire_in | @CafeSSC thewire.in/history/why-didnt… @seemay @ShashiTharoor @BDUTT @GargiRawat @SalmanSoz @paranjoygt

When an air traffic controller remarked on their unusually high altitude, the captain’s explanation was casual: “We don’t have any passengers on board so we decided to have a little fun and come on up here.” It was October 14, 2004. Pinnacle Airlines Flight 3701, a Bombardier CRJ200 registered N8396A, was being repositioned from Little Rock to Minneapolis with only its two pilots aboard. They climbed to 41,000 feet, the aircraft’s maximum operating altitude. Investigators later documented an informal “410 club” among some company pilots who had flown that high. But the crew allowed their airspeed to deteriorate during the climb. Shortly after reaching altitude, the aircraft stalled and both engines flamed out. The pilots recovered from the stall, but could not restart the engines. The aircraft crashed near Jefferson City, Missouri, killing both men. Nobody on the ground was injured. The NTSB identified unprofessional behaviour, departures from operating procedures and poor airmanship, alongside inadequate training. Delayed emergency-landing preparations and mishandling of the engine-failure checklist compounded the crisis. An engine core-lock condition prevented at least one engine from restarting. The aircraft was permitted to fly at 41,000 feet. The fatal mistake was treating that limit as a challenge without maintaining the conditions needed to operate there safely. #AviationHistory #FlightSafety #PinnacleAirlines

A century ago, the Brits worried about student protests near the seat of power at Raisina Hill. So they moved the planned university far away, to the north of Delhi. Why Didn't the British Allow @StStephensClg to Be a Part of Lutyens' Delhi? Swapna Liddle (Hist '89) explains:

🚨 ATTENTION, EVERYONE! Unusual activity is taking place around CP. Delhi Police is giving goons a free hand to target protesters. Cars carrying sticks and stones are not being checked, even after repeated requests. We fear Delhi Police and Amit Shah may be planning something to derail the protest. THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!

Yesterday, the nation's young came out in Delhi to peacefully protest. They came with love in their hearts, not hatred or anger. They were beaten, both by cops and BJP goons. This is not the India we want. Tomorrow, we will march to the Supreme Court as Indians, united beyond party, gender, caste, community and state. Youth, all opposition parties, civil society groups, all those who believe in democracy and stand by the Constitution of India, will walk with us. We will submit a memorandum to the Chief Justice on behalf of the nation, demanding an end to vote chori, halting of SIR and the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar. Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Ajit Doval and Mohan Bhagwat cannot silence India's voice. These cowards cannot intimidate us. They will have to step aside. We will march together, with love, brotherhood and patriotism. Daro mat. Tomorrow, all of India will march to the Supreme Court. #ChaloDilli
