A new Free Fare Days Program also kicks off October 7, 2026 and runs through June 2027. LA Metro — Reduced fares for seniors, students, riders with disabilities, and low-income riders through the LIFE program. Metrolink — Everyday discounts for children, students, seniors, riders with disabilities, veterans, and active military, plus several free ride days throughout the year like Transit Equity Day and California Clean Air Day. Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) — Free rides for youth 18 and under on all fixed-route and GoMicro buses through December 31, 2026.
