The Assertive Outreach Team have now moved to IOS care. We will continue to offer our help, care and support to the people who most need it and continue to work closely with local authorities. Our most valued staff have also moved enabling us to provide consistency.

Happy birthday 1 call care. 3 years today we opened our doors to support people in the community with drug and alcohol addiction and prevent homelessness. We have provided over 100 emergency first aid courses including the use of naloxone and suicide prevention.

Our team work hard supporting individuals within #cardiff and Vale providing specialist care in #addiction and #homeless. Over the weekend our team supported 12 individuals who would of normally been left to defend for themselves. #everysecondcounts.

This is exactly the reason why we need to change the law on #drugconsumptionrooms. If the police weren't there this could of been a completey different story. #everysecondcounts

Our team work with people who suffer drug and alcohol misuse. The last 6 months we were had to use naloxone 3 times.Each time the person was stabilised and now receiving extra support. A #drugconsumptionroom would of saved the other 3 that are no longer with us #everysecondcounts

Let's get the laws changed on this. Let's provide better support to those suffering addiction #everysecondcounts
