Thread of threads on anti-white discriminatory hiring, with special focus on Canada, put together so I can pin it because I search for it often
We all know what this copypasta means on Canadian job postings. The brain-fucking part isn't really the discrimination, it's the Celebration Parallax: it's not happening (you crazy), and it's Good that it is

It might be a more notable story that small Kansas counties have experienced such demographic replacement over the last 40 years
Results from the three majority-Hispanic blue counties in SW Kansas: Seward: Hamilton +13, Trump +39 (last voted D in 1936) Ford: Hamilton +1, Trump +38 (last voted D in 1976) Finney: Hamilton +3, Trump +35 (last voted D in 1976)

Contrary to the narrative being created to sell amnesty, Republicans didn't do that badly with Hispanics. 35% is more than Trump got in his 2016 win, and about in line with 2020/22. The real story is the complete collapse with white independents and low propensity Trump voters.

There's a catch 22 where if you oppose too much immigration, the immigrant population turns on you and you lose elections. But if you don't oppose immigration, the immigrant population grows and still turns on you.

How about the middle ground of: it's all figures from 20-30 years ago and is about as relevant as Dennis Hastert
Not remotely compelling. Les Wexner, Bill Gates, Prince Andrews and Jean-Luc Brunel aren't media psyops. Gislane's Mossad pedigree isn't a meme. FBI intervened in Florida in 2006. He won a $30m lotto in Oklahoma, brokered deals for the Rothschilds and got assassinated in prison.

nitter.cf/paulg/status/211803155… George Mitchell and Bill Richardson are finally going down, the Republic cries out in ecstasy as its long national nightmare is ending
Now we'll finally learn what's in the Epstein files. Mike Johnson is no longer in a position to shut down the House in order to prevent votes on measures to force their release. It's time. It's past time.

Truly unbelievable. Whenever I catch myself lamenting how repulsive and duplicitous the personalities are on the "dissident right", I remind myself that these people exist.
Our lengthy operation against Iran is a direct consequence of Trump surrounding himself with a cadre of yes-men. Americans are not happy to be in another seemingly endless war, and they are placing the blame squarely on Trump. youtu.be/1QXNk3XbLF8?si

I feel like if they had just stayed with the “Malfoid” messaging and not transitioned into all of this Anakin stuff, they could’ve held the Senate.

The sanguine, Adult-in-the-Room, "you win some you lose some, things come and go, we'll be back, we always are, nothing's permanent" attitude is a luxury belief that only makes sense in an ethnically, culturally homogenous society, btw

nitter.cf/KipperkipKipper/status… The governors and SoSs in every swing state is a big one too
Are they wrong? States like TX didn’t flip back in 2008, but did last night.

The only dummymander that really hit was NC (and TN and OH a bit, thought OH wasn't a very extreme gerrymander in the first place). Otherwise, a dozen or so districts are going into 2028 as +8 to +12 R (from 2024) that weren't before, mostly in FL and TX
The most insane thing is that the redraws (outside of FL/LA) were an incredible mistake and Newsom may actually have done us a favor with his new map. Same thing goes for Missouri/Utah too.

nitter.cf/JDVance/status/2118004… Someone's laying out the outline of his hypothetical 2028 run, though I'm now doubting that it's for president and not senate
So Vance is going to run against Brown for senate in 2028, right? Then wait till 2032 I suppose

nitter.cf/BenjySarlin/status/211… A variant of "why doesn't he just state upfront what he believes, instead of burying it in multiple paragraphs summarizing what the expert pollsters say"
This is a recurring Vance thing, but very notable his first reaction is not calibrated towards voters but to the avatars in his feed having wonky intra-right debates

This might cost me in more ways than one, but: Epstein is fake. The whole memeplex around it is fake. It is the closest thing to the Ring of Power that exists in politics. Both sides have wielded this ephemeral boogeyman against the other, and it’s always a disaster because once you obtain power you get to see the files and you realize there’s nothing there, which means you have no meat to feed the rabid dogs you rallied to your cause, and they eat you instead. It’s a mass hysteria akin to witch panics, but on an information-age scale. I guess what I’m saying is Michael Tracey is Frodo.

Counter point. Republicans governed too well.
Do you realize how bad you have to govern for this to happen?

How much of it is a sense of "doing others' bidding" - Iran and Israel, big tech and AI - instead of specific complaints about Alina Habba or Kimberley Guilfoyle or wtv
I think it’s surprising because it’s kind of not real. To voters, “corruption” is primarily an economically illiterate articulation of economic dissatisfaction. Greed, price-fixing, self-dealing. There’s actual corruption, but ppl generally don’t know - tho the vague sense hurts.

The war became the identifier of a phenomenon that was already building. Absent the war, it still probably happens to some magnitude. But giving those feelings such an easy avatar made things worse.
