🎙️ Oliver Glasner did not hold back... #NFFC 'Disappointing, frustrating, and not good enough at the end. We lost again, didn't score a goal. Conceded, especially the first goal, too easily, making mistakes in defence, and that's the story of the season so far. We're making too many mistakes, too many easy mistakes. It was the fourth goal we conceded from a long ball from the opposite goalkeeper... and just not aware enough. And then the other side, in our attack, we are creating, but we can't convert, and that means, right at the moment we are not good enough.' 'I don't think confidence. Again, if things always happen, then this is the pattern, and for me it's clear we have to change a few things. I have to change a few things, and that's what I will do. And then let's see if the players can change a few things because from day number one I could see. I never spoke about it, but I could see some things I didn't like. And maybe I made too many compromises, but now it's over because we can't continue in this way, so it means for me, no compromises. I will tell exactly how we want, where we want to go, and if the players buy in, it's okay, and if they don't, yeah maybe you can ask another manager then. Because again, for me it's just, it's very obvious, things have to change.' 'Of course, it's now the fifth manager and the same story like last year...' 'If it doesn't work, the sixth one will come in and it will be the same, and then it's the seventh one and it will be same....'

When we hired Glasner I was absolutely buzzing, I thought we were going to get some proper quality players in and go for it. Never felt we did enough. Don’t feel excited about anyone on the bench, don’t think this current plan does anything second half. Hopefully wrong.
