Update 1 @ 3:49 a.m.: The EB SR-60 on ramp at Milliken is closed. The #2 lane, #3 lane, and #4 lane remain closed. Maintenance crews and bridge crews are on scene performing clean up operations and bridge inspections. The HOV lane and #1 lane have been reopened.

SBCO: Caltrans will be conducting work on northbound Interstate 15 on Wednesday, October 28, from 9AM to 3PM in the @CityofBarstow. Crews will close the northbound #2 lane, along with the Main Street on and off ramps, to safely conduct bridge inspections and repairs. #Caltrans8
