These are two historic changes to the war on the Cartels, they are being hit from all directions with their political support being targeted while their supply chain is being hit at its source Colombia. However, history shows that each time these groups are targeted they just pick up and move somewhere else, will this mean an increase in coca production in Peru? Will this mean the trade will just go into other countries?
