Here's how it saves us time & reduced the need to hire an assistant:
When someone books a Calendly meeting with us, all of their details are automatically created in our CRM on airtable:
Name, company, automation requests, meeting date, status & so on
This then creates a Trello card with a "To Do" List template along with the prospects info to keep the lead engaged, & to know when technical work should begin
A Slack message is also sent in our sales channel to instantly alert any sales rep that we'll hire in the future
If someone reschedules or cancelled, the automation automatically finds their database entry & Trello card, with the appropriate information such as status & meeting date automatically updated, with an alert being sent to Slack as well
