Our final tweet of the tour involves a couple of thank yous.. Firstly, a big thank you to our brilliant staff for all their hard work on and off the pitch. Secondly, a massive thank you and well done to all our pupils. They were truly superb! Did someone say football tour 2026?

Awards for the tour: Year 9/10 girls player of the tour - Ocean Year 9 player of the tour - Will DD Year 10 player of the tour - Malik Top Scorer - Harry Muppet of the tour - Maja Great work all round 👏

Our final Muppet of the day, Oba! Where do we begin... - late for the coach - left his boots on the coach - put on his backside in training - decided he'd suddenly start playing basketball in the middle of the match by picking the ball up in the box🏀 Bad day at the office🤦🤣

Final meal on foreign soil...burger king🤦 Lots of fresh vegetables and fruit when they get back🍉🍌🍇

As we come to the end of our tour, we would like to thank @gbsportstours for organising it! We've had a brilliant experience, jam packed itenerary and made memories to last a life time!

Year 9’s second game of the tour v SO Soest. Another big win and undefeated on tour. Came away with a 2 - 7 win. Great performance, great attitude and some really great goals. #proudCastle

A very different game tonight! The opposition were the equivalent of a national league side. In a very tight and physical game the lads lost 2-0. We are really proud of them. #memories

Wow, what a performance! Our girls win 4-1 Vs SO Soest, shout outs to Aniyah, Paige and Maisie for some stand out performances. Goals from Georgia, Flo and Ocean X2. Fair to say the girls enjoyed that one with some questionable singing afterwards!🎤 @gbsportstours

Thank you to @SOSoest1926 for hosting us. 3 brilliant games, some quality football played and top class post match hospitality! Stay tuned for results and post match interviews @gbsportstours

En route to our second fixture vs SO Soest⚽⚽⚽

Quick bowling session before our fixtures this evening. Top scorer - Ryan with 92, lowest scorer - Jake with only 21🤦 Fair to say we won't be becoming professional bowlers anytime soon😅

2nd coaching session of the tour, led by pro coaches from Utrecht FC. Great experience for the pupils! @gbsportstours @fcutrecht

Muppet of the day, Maja for the following reasons: - left her boots on the coach - lost her tracksuit - locked her team out of their room - trampoline touch to assist the opponents first goal yesterday Deary me🤦

Additional muppet of the day yesterday as Mr Brown was far too vain to wear it for a whole day. Well done Monty, Stuck in a toilet cubicle for around 15 min!!

A really strong performance from the year 10's tonight. 7-2 win! Ted (3) Max (1) Ryan (1) Isaac (1) Malik (1). The boys were a credit to the school and we look forward to another game tomorrow.
