The European Citizens' Initiative has launched! This is the biggest and most ambitious chance to create law on publishers destroying videogames they have already have sold to you. Get EU citizens to sign it!

I have a new blogpost! On Doom Eternal! You remember Doom Eternal, right? It had like a rabbit, and uh, some mean growly guys and also it was about friendship or something. Anyway here's the post link:

Damn, it's been like 17 billion years. I kind of stopped using Twitter. It's quite possible I won't come back.
Anyway, I've had a blog on tumblr for like a year now, and now it's on my own site. I may post links here from now on, whenever I write a post.

Campaign video to stop games from being destroyed! It's being done in a few ways, owners of the game "The Crew" can help especially. Go to stopkillinggames.com for instructions on what to do. A much shorter version (50 seconds) will be up tomorrow.

We've teamed up with our friends at @operagxofficial once again to bring you guys another small new game!
If you're located in Mexico, head on over to GX Corner and compete for the fastest 3-lap time. Who knows, you might win something this time around too!
Good luck!
You know the drill. Higher rank doesn't indicate objective quality, I just like the game more for probably a really silly reason

Re-Logic is very interested and supportive of this new direction for @MonoGameTeam - an open source project with so much potential. After our announcement earlier this week, we had many people asking us whether or not we would also choose to support Monogame.

A few years ago the advice re: Unity was "Consider moving away from it if you can, their incentives aren't aligned with you anymore, but don't sweat if you're working on a project using it"
Now the advice is "get out asap. if you're early in a project consider yourself lucky."

We're at #Gamescom2023! Well, at least kind of.
If you stop by the Opera GX booth, you'll find an arcade machine loaded with a game we developed exclusively for this event.
You might even earn some small prizes if you manage to get far enough!

Ever since the rate limits dropped, I've seen people continuously debate what the "next big thing" is. But why is it always just Twitter, but under a new name? Why? I think supermassive media conglomerates like Twitter an an experiment of the 2010s best left behind.
I've been meaning to start a blog of some kind for a while, but never did so because I meant for it to go on my own site, and hatred for webdev overtook the willingness to write. So now I've put it on tumblr for the time being. I have nothing to say! catonator.tumblr.com/post/72…

I bet most people don't know who 90% of the users they see on their feeds are. Building a smaller, more equal and discussion-focused site could really help people get to know the strangers whose work they like. I really miss those kinds of interactions.
