So yeah anyways you can see the two most common lamp types here. Both photos are same camera settings. Not only does the cooler downtown light blend in with shadows more, it's clearly significantly dimmer than other areas. In image 1 you can see one of those lights for comparison

I figured out a way to use my camera to figure out a lightbulb's brightness and color temp, made a whole plan to record lamp stats around downtown, and write a report on exactly what areas have what issues, then realized no one's reading that shit lmao
