We just migrated a live chain and opened a bug bounty in the same fortnight. That order is deliberate.
A migration changes the surface. New settlement layer, new fee mechanics, a custom gas token that makes several standard assumptions wrong, and a genesis derived from a frozen state rather than built from zero. Every one of those is a place where our mental model and reality might have drifted apart, and we will not find all of it by reading our own code.
So the honest framing is not that we think the chain is secure. It is that we assume we are wrong somewhere and would rather pay to find out now, during developer mainnet, than discover it the expensive way later.
Up to $10k for a critical. That is a trivial price for a finding, and it is a reasonable one for your time.
If you break something, tell us. If you break something interesting, tell us loudly.
✅ [New bug bounty] Earn up to $10,000 with @Whitechain_io
You will be rewarded based on these tiers:
Critical: up to $10,000
High: up to $5,000
Medium: up to $2,000
Low: up to $200

Why do so many Web3 and AI projects make their products sound impossible to understand?
“Modular omnichain AI-powered infrastructure...”
Cool. But what does it actually do?
Your technology can be complex. Your marketing shouldn't be.
Cedrum retweeted
Research shouldn’t live somewhere outside the market.
Bring the question, context, AI analysis, and your decision into one flow.
Cedrum retweeted
The agent can have its view. You can have yours.
Compare them. Question the reasoning. Decide which side makes sense to you.
Cedrum retweeted
The goal isn’t to replace your research.
It’s to bring the important context together, so you spend less time searching and more time understanding the market.
Cedrum retweeted
Relevant sources and market context sit alongside the analysis.
You can see what information the agent is working with instead of getting a number with no explanation.

AI SHOULD SHOW ITS WORK.
An AI market view means more when you can see what it’s built on.
With White Predict, the research behind the agent’s view stays part of the experience.

After a campaign, I'd look at three things:
1. How many users reached their first moment of value?
2. How many returned without another reward?
3. Which acquisition channels brought those users?
Those numbers tell a much more interesting story than signups alone.

This doesn't mean quests are bad.
They can help people discover products and take their first steps.
The problem starts when teams optimize for completing tasks instead of creating reasons to return.
Cedrum retweeted
Acquisition gets people through the door.
Activation helps them experience value.
Retention shows whether that value was worth coming back for.
A successful campaign gets attention.
A successful growth strategy turns that attention into lasting usage.

Rewards are great at encouraging first actions:
• Follow an account
• Join a community
• Connect a wallet
• Complete a quest
But none of these actions proves someone actually cares about the product.
Cedrum retweeted
A Web3 campaign can bring in thousands of wallets and still fail to grow the product.
Not because the campaign was bad.
Because completing a quest and finding real value are two different things. 🧵
Cedrum retweeted
If it takes 10 minutes to explain why someone needs your product, you might have a positioning problem
People don't buy features they don't understand
Clarity is a competitive advantage
Cedrum retweeted
Web3 projects love celebrating wallet connections.
But a connected wallet isn't an active user.
If people don't know what to do next, you haven't solved onboarding. You've just collected wallet addresses.
Cedrum retweeted
A failed marketing experiment isn't necessarily wasted money
If you learned why something didn't work, you've gained something valuable
But repeating the same mistake without learning anything?
That's just an expensive hobby

THE QUESTION COMES FIRST.
Before looking at the probability, read exactly what the market is asking.
A small change in wording, conditions, or timing can completely change the pred.
Read first. Then take a side.
