DB’s veteran experience brings a new level of impact to this Dream squad. JC explains how DB helped spark the second-half momentum shift in the Game 1 win. (Q: Not sure which reporter asked this, but credits to you!)

Jordin Canada’s impact on both ends of the floor this postseason has been next level. At practice yesterday, I asked about her ability to facilitate on offense (I’ll share that vid later). Today, after she went 25-5-4, I followed up to ask about her disruptive presence and motor on defense without giving away too much of her sauce: “I think it's just seeing where I can affect the ball, whether that's on the ball to get a deflection for someone else to get a steal, or whether I'm on the backside trying to find opportunities to strike, or just reading the passing lanes.”
