🏆🇼🇸 HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE! 🇼🇸🏆
🎉 @YsgolMinyDdol are the @NEWalesFA Primary Schools League Champions! 🎉
👏 After 15 years in the making for primary school futsal in Wrexham, Ysgol Min-Y-Ddol have written their names into the history books by becoming the first-ever winners of the NEWFA Primary Schools League! 🏆⚽💚
⚽ Over the past 10 weeks, 20 fantastic league games have taken place at @PlasMadocLC, with both girls’ 👧 and boys’ 👦 teams competing in a historic competition that has showcased the incredible talent, passion and sportsmanship of our young footballers.
🙌 A huge thank you goes to our fantastic partners who have made this dream become a reality:
🏫 The five participating schools ❤️

Without every one of you, this simply would not have happened. 💯
🗣️ TNS Men’s Futsal Manager Andrew Ruscoe said:
“What a project this has been. I would like to personally thank Active Wrexham’s Liam Jones, NEWFA’s @DaveFawkesNEWFA, Cefn Community Council’s Trina Nichols-Smith, Chairman Mr Phil Vaughan, The New Saints’ @mikeharristns and all of the schools for believing in this vision.
We wanted to create something special for our children, and together we’ve made Welsh futsal history. This is only the beginning. We hope to continue growing this league year after year and make it even stronger for future generations.
Congratulations to Mr Evison and everyone at Ysgol Min-Y-Ddol on becoming our inaugural champions, and thank you to every school that took part you have all helped create history.” 👏🏆💚
🎊 Today isn’t just about lifting a trophy…
🇼🇸 Today, we made Welsh sporting history.
