Every enterprise is hard at work building its AI future.
Because today, success with AI means success as a business.
When it comes to something so critical, shouldn’t you be in charge?
Then why does it feel like forces outside your enterprise are trying to take control?
Everyone in the industry seems to be saying the right things: “you own your intelligence,” “you control your destiny.” But marketing is one thing. Reality is another:
- When you start building agents on one platform, you’re at the mercy of that company’s models, political mood swings, and sudden changes in data policy.
- When you’re trying to give agents the knowledge they need, it feels like you’re fighting against systems of record that don’t want to play nice, or want to charge fees just to access your own data.
THAT’S NOT FREEDOM. THAT’S SCREWED UP.
You have the right to independence and sovereignty.
To build agents however you want and decide the guardrails, so they can produce value for you without overreaching.
You have a strategic vision for how your supply chain will run, how your customer experience will feel, how your revenue will grow. Your agents and your vendors work for you; toward your vision. Not the other way around.
But software providers are up to their old lock-in tricks again. The same ones that stuck you with those systems that now feel like shackles. Systems that cost millions to maintain, and are impossible to let go of.
AI isn’t more of the same — it could be even worse. In 10 years will we regret not having done things differently?
OUR VISION IS DIFFERENT.
Imagine an independent context layer that you own and control, which brings together a complete digital representation of your business — data, processes, tasks, systems, knowledge, rules. You control the two-way flow of traffic between this context and all agents — and anyone or anything else that consumes it.
That’s why we created the Context Model. An all-encompassing model that you own. Decoupled from systems. Decoupled from agents. Decoupled from the chaos of a volatile AI industry.
So you can do Enterprise AI on your terms, not theirs.
So you can get RoAI.
That’s AI, your way.

AI is exposing a leadership problem, not a tech problem.
Bernhard and Devavrat disagree. Dael and Stephanie have a few things to say about that.

Happy customers start with processes that work.
Fabio DiChiara from @LyondellBasell on the one process he'd fix instantly.
Everyone's got an AI.
Jeff Sherman goes after the ones that bring value.
He tells Patrick Thompson how his team at W. R. Grace weighs value and impact to decide what's hype and what's not in Episode 2 of Leading Indicators.

To go from a generalist to a specialist in Life Sciences, AI needs to know how your unique business is running. Not just snapshots. The whole operational truth: every process and workflow running across every system and every person in your organization, in real-time.
That's how you power AI that you can trust to:
- Reinvent how you run your clinical trials
- Deliver with reliability, quality and speed
- Maximize commercial impact

Why does it feel like your AI destiny is dictated by others? #AIYourWay
Goodbye, ghost processes. Hello, RoAI.

Jeff Sherman - CIO of W. R. Grace - knows that how a chemical company uses AI will likely be different than how, say, a CPG company uses AI.
That’s where context comes in.
He joins Patrick Thompson for a new episode of Leading Indicators, and the two discuss how context is shaping Grace’s AI strategy, how Jeff went from PhD to CIO, and why he’s always down for some hair-metal karaoke.
Your AI agents are worker bees. Busy, useful, no idea what the others are doing.
One approves a supplier while another flags them for review. One freezes a payment while another chases the same customer for it.
That's not agentic AI. That's a swarm without a queen bee.
