Just woke up and saw this reply which has gotten +700 likes and +90k impressions.
This just shows that you never know when your work will take off.
Keep working hard and when you least expect it you will gain traction.

Squats won't grow your arms.
They just make you strong enough to train everything else harder.
I had a tendency to always look for the next thing.
That made it harder to focus on the real work.
I realised the boring stuff needed to be done the most.
Remove every distraction from your working setup.
It’s dumb to let it be there.
Why make it harder for yourself?
Have a good morning routine that runs on autopilot.
You set up yourself for a good day.
That’s a gamechanger.
I am being forced to give up days for things I don’t want to do.
But I have no choice.
Solution: every hour I have left I stop complaining about the hours that have passed and I start doing as much work and exercise as I can because that’s what I normally miss these days.

I woke up late one day.
Didn’t let that affect me.
Just made sure that it didn’t happen the next day again.
I always heard that opening up is good.
For me it has always just felt good in the moment, then I regretted it a lot.
I lost respect and put negative emotions in somebody else.
I always prefer being stoic, because I know I handle my battles best myself.
I often looked at what I wanted to buy to upgrade my working setup.
Always found stuff that would be nice to have.
That made me unfocused on what actually gave progress.
Working on what I had.
You should be exhausted when you go to bed.
Otherwise you know you could have done more during the day.

It’s crazy how fast we evolve as humans.
You don’t realise it when you are constantly connected, but when you are away for long, you can see it.
Don’t let others rule your life.
You will always regret not following your own passion just to please somebody else.

The mind is what makes the decision for your body.
A good body is therefore a sign of a strong mind.
That’s why it’s attractive.
