This is why domed stadiums are a joke. MLB is also a joke. Should’ve been a home run, but hits a walkway under the roof and gets caught for an out. So stupid. I’ll take my open stadiums, thanks.

Liam Hendriks has announced his retirement. In 14 Major League seasons with six teams, Hendriks made 490 appearances, was a 3-time All-Star, and a 2-time winner of the Mariano Rivera Reliever of the Year award. Perhaps his greatest achievement was his inspirational comeback from non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Hendriks was a pillar of the community in every city he played and was nominated for the prestigious Roberto Clemente Award seven times. Congratulations on a remarkable career, Liam 👏❤️

What an awful loss. I ran into Ben at a restaurant near Nashville Airport a few weeks ago. I am so grateful that happened now. It was so good to see him. We were reminiscing about the first time we connected on MSN messenger(!) over 20 years ago, and what a ride it had been since then. He wished me luck for my match at Summerslam, and I told him he was still the best. We both had silly grins on our face from being genuinely surprised and happy to have bumped into each other. That will be how I remember him; just the nicest, most humble man despite being objectively the most talented in ring performer of our generation, perhaps ever. I spent last night talking to people who knew Ben and loved him. There are many. My prayers and condolences to his family and loved ones. He was the best of us. God Speed PAC. 🖤

Saddened to hear about the death of Ben Satterley known in @WWE as Neville. I had the pleasure of working with Ben in the early days of @WWENXT. This moment, from NXT Arrival, marked the beginning of a new era for that brand and the men and women on it … and Ben was a major force behind that. He was an extraordinary talent and even kinder human being. My thoughts are with his family, friends, and fans across the world.

Sal Stewart played in EVERY single Cincinnati Reds game this year 162. And he would’ve played in a 163rd if it existed. 🐐

I’m speaking for everyone when I say this. WWE should pay tribute to PAC tomorrow night on RAW. ❤️ Even though he passed away as an AEW Superstar, known to WWE fans as Neville, he was a huge part of WWE’s history. He held championship gold during his time with the company. Regardless of where he spent his final years, his contributions to WWE deserve to be remembered. RIP PAC. 🕊️💔

America is not a spectator sport Apparently Logan and I going to Washington meeting with the Vice President, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of War, and other leaders of this country really pisses some people off Good. Because I’d rather be in the room asking questions, learning, challenging ideas, building relationships, and figuring out how I can help than sitting behind a screen telling everyone else what they should be doing Twitter fingers have never built a country Think about how insane the American Dream really is Two brothers with a camera and a crazy amount of ambition can build businesses, compete on the biggest stages in the world, employ hundreds of people, invest in the future of this country and one day walk into Washington and sit across from the people helping lead it That should inspire people not offend them Washington doesn’t belong to commentators. It doesn’t belong to celebrities. It doesn’t belong to politicians. It belongs to the American people And whether people like me or hate me I’m going to keep showing up Keep learning. Keep building. Keep investing in American companies. Keep creating jobs. Keep supporting American innovation. Keep meeting the people doing the hard work. Keep sticking my neck out. And keep trying to leave this country stronger than I found it. The next generation needs to believe that America is still a place where you can dream impossibly big, work your ass off, get knocked down, reinvent yourself, and eventually find yourself in rooms you never thought you’d enter This country gave me opportunities beyond anything I could have imagined I intend to give something back You can spend your life commentating from the cheap seats or you can get on the field I know where I’ll be God bless the United States of America🇺🇸

The Reds have DFAd TJ Friedl. What a successful Reds career he had. He had to earn every single at-bat that he got coming up through the system. In 2022, the Reds gave a ton of other guys a shot before Friedl got his. He made the most of it. A coach told me about Friedl in 2023, “We should fill this ballpark up every night with people who want to watch him play.” He played hard, played smart and had underrated power. In 2023, Terry Francona discussed how much of a “pest” he was and how tough it was playing against him. And the bunts were electric. There aren’t many good center fielders in MLB. Between 2023 and 2025, Friedl was one of the better ones in the game. At a position where every team is looking for an upgrade, the Reds had their center fielder and one of the better on base guys in the game. This year was a major step back from Friedl. He lost his spot in center in May because of how he was playing. Wasn’t good enough this year. But on the whole, what a run for the former undrafted free agent.
