Congratulations to the authors of "Combating the Conspiracy of Silence: Clinician Recommendations for Talking About Racism-Related Events with Youth of Color" which was selected as one of the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry's editors’ favorites!
Best practices for asking about sex and gender identity on a demo? Done a lot of reading but there's lots variability in recommendations-e.g. some suggest asking whether people identify as transgender as its own question; others suggest adding this as a gender identity option.
