As a driver of regular commuter services and the occasional express service, you may think we only drive 2 coach sets with the occasional 4.
Infact, there is a few regular 8 coach services in my neck of the woods, but for operational reasons, this is not in passenger service.
This is the Driver of 5N53, 1J53, 2D20, 2D19, signing off duty until 21-12-2026.
Driver Out.
Paternity Leave starts here. Time for family time.

I arrived for duty at approximately 05:15, about 20 minutes early. I was 05:33 to 15:01 Fixed Spare, meaning my hours..
..my manager who asks me to give the horn a good old blast as i pass Shildon signalbox as our guest is having a tour. So i adhere to this and give it a good blast of High/Low/High/Low and get some magnificent waves back.
Back at Darlington I hand back to my colleague to finish..
