One of the most insane aspects of DEI is that strategically important sectors are essentially forced by law to preferentially hire people from foreign adversaries over natural born white citizens with natural loyalty to the country. Everyone knows that the Chinese engage in extraordinary levels of industrial espionage, for instance, but it is literally illegal to ban companies and universities from employing the Chinese.
Notably, China absolutely does not handicap itself in this fashion.
China is absolutely not the only country exploiting this weakness for everything it's worth. It's endemic.
The larger implication of this is that proponents of DEI are, effectively, engaged in ongoing and deliberate treason.
They know this, too. It's why they reacted so strongly against the announcement of a televised execution by firing squad of a mass-murdering terrorist. Historically, treason carries a very specific penalty.

When I graduated college literally every place I looked at that was looking for entry level undergrad with my degree and experience had an explicit DEI page that made it very clear they wouldn’t hire me because I was a White male.
Every publicly traded company in America for nearly a decade published “impact reports” where they would BRAG about how they demographically transformed their companies by refusing to hire people that looked like me.
There was no ambiguity on what they were doing or why. It was blatantly race based, PROUDLY even.
The only ones that have been sued have been universities, which the administration deserves credit for. But the companies, the executives, the HR groups, the state and federal agencies, and now offices of elected officials.
These people need to pay in a pound of flesh for this behavior. They need to be afraid to say shit like this less they get bankrupted.

More than 80 families from New York have moved into Lakefront Estates, where schools have now opened. Dozens more families are expected in the coming weeks, following reported investment of hundreds of millions of dollars in the project.
Located in Glades County near Lake Okeechobee, Lakefront is a purpose-built residential community. The broader development plan calls for up to 1,000 single-family homes and 300 rental units.
