The W gaming era is officially over o7
JJ first joined Paper Rex in September 2021, becoming a core member of our roster ever since. We will never forget the clutches, memes, aces and memories we made. From all of us at Paper Rex, we wish Jing all the best for his future endeavours.
Thank you for everything @Jingggxd , keep being the crazy Raze player that you are 👊🏻 #WGAMING
I mean you can understand the frustration had a very unlucky situation in LCQ with all the tech issues and probably the most recognisable GC team but still can’t get close to SEN, 100T, NRG and G2. Feel like those 4 were almost locked in for the NA slots from the start.
To clarify
Riot changed the way Valorant works so that any team can make/win an international tournament
But they chose 4 teams in NA to become partners
They give those teams millions of $$ AND a skin in the game (they get a percentage of sales)
If an unpartnered org builds a moneyball team that absolutely crushes at an international event- those players will be poached by a partnered org
It happened to us with Brawk and Mada going to NRG it is happening to C9 who just lost partnership and already letting their players shop around
I just don't know if it is worth competing in the esport long term as compared to investing into an esport with a truly open system

Clavicular was beaten up by Randy Marsh during a “Mog Battle” at South Park Elementary 😭
T1’s coordination on this summit has been abysmal the fact we have a chamber peaking before his team are up A main makes me never wanna watch this team again
