We have enough founders, we need more leaders.
Many founders get controlled by the community, which impacts every decision they make
"I'll do this for the community", "what will the community think?"
It's easy to focus on generating bursts of floor price pumps to bring an overall bullish sentiment
However, this does more harm than good in the long-run.
A strong leader can control their community and make them understand they're here for the long-run
I don't care if the floor doesn't move, as long as you're showing what you're building will work to sustain the project.
Too many short-term mindset people in this space don't care for the "tech".
I am betting on strong leaders in this space above anyone else.

Algorand has nowhere near the development activity that @radixdlt has. Most altcoins are down, and every community's sentiment is low.
That's how markets work. They're designed to make you sell when you should be buying and vice versa.
That's why I focus on charts: buy low, sell high. It seems straightforward, but in action, it's emotionally counterintuitive.
The fact is, most altcoins will appreciate once there's market-wide expansion, including Algorand. Some will simply perform better than others; that's where fundamentals come into play.

Do you not see the similarities to #Algorand? It is literally the same problem and the same consequence. They could never build up hype and in the end their tech did not help. If @fuserleer and @PiersRidyard will not be capable of building up any hype, this thing is lost.
