An excellent deep dive into identity politics. For those who have lost friends due to a difference of opinion, please give this a read.

“It didn’t start on October 7th.”
No.
You’re right.
No it didn’t.

The crazy thing about the JK Rowling hate is that she would’ve been considered pretty far left a few decades ago but just because she doesn’t agree that men can become women somehow she’s a Nazi
That’s how insane things have gotten today
How very Irish. Rubbing shoulders with Islamic terrorist advocacy surely validates their own sense of imaginary oppression and is probably why they mesh so well with an ideology that wants to obliterate the indigenous inhabitants of the Levant who are not from Arabia.
Facts matter indeed. #Israel

Fact Check: Israeli Actions on April 13, 2025
Regarding the claim by @escapeeJT thatස: "Imagine consistently playing the victim while being the perpetrator," let's set the record straight with facts.
On April 13, 2025, Israel did strike al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, but this was a precise operation targeting a Hamas command center operating within the facility. The IDF has repeatedly documented Hamas's illegal use of civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, to shield their terrorist activities—violating international law. While the strike unfortunately disrupted hospital operations, Israel took measures to minimize civilian harm, and reports of civilian casualties are unverified and often exaggerated by Hamas-run sources. Notably, at least one child’s death was reported due to care disruption, not a direct result of the strike.
On the same day, Iran-backed Houthi terrorists fired ballistic missiles at Israel, targeting civilian areas like Ben Gurion Airport. The IDF successfully intercepted these missiles, protecting millions of Israeli civilians—no small feat. This attack, part of over 20 Houthi strikes since March 2025, shows the real threat Israel faces daily from Iran’s proxies, including Hamas.
The narrative of Israel as the "perpetrator" ignores the reality: Israel is defending itself against terrorist groups using Gaza’s civilians as human shields. Claims of a "systematic war of extermination" by groups like Palestinian Islamic Jihad are propaganda, not fact. Let’s focus on the root cause—Hamas and its allies—and support Israel’s right to self-defense. 🇮🇱

The calendar has turned to October 8, and so I feel able to say this.
I never thought a single day could prove itself to be the most confronting day of a lifetime. But that’s what October 7 was. It showed me who the people in my life were when history demanded something of them. It showed me who had integrity, who had the courage to sacrifice comfort for what was right, and who could stand up and fight for the future of all of us.
It also showed me who would perform, disappear, rewrite, avoid and run from responsibility. And I made my choice.
I am standing in a different place now, in different rooms, with different people, not because I forgot where I was, but because I refused to become a diminished version of myself to accommodate other people’s egos, ignorance, shame or denial.
I refused to run from the truth. I refused to make myself smaller so that other people could remain comfortable with their own choices. And I refused to spend the rest of my life trying to extract accountability from people who had already shown me they didn’t intend to take responsibility.
All of you are here, reading, resharing, speaking, testifying, building, creating, refusing to let the record be erased. We built a community. We found one another. We made something that did not exist before.
What we have created, the sound we have made, the impact we continue to have is louder, prouder and more unapologetic than the great vanishing of those who chose silence.
I am not interested in resuscitating a history that taught me exactly what it was worth. The future is elsewhere. And we are already building it.

Israel is still preoccupied with averting a negative world response. It is irrational. Because there will always be a negative world response. That should not be inhibiting. It should be liberating. If they are going to hate you no matter what you do...then do whatever you want.

We established a clear principle: It is not possible to act against Israel without Israel taking appropriate measures in response.
In this spirit, the measures I announced on 8 September have been implemented:
1.The removal of the British representatives from the International Gaza Support Center in Kiryat Gat.
2.The termination of British activity to train Palestinian Authority forces in Judea and Samaria.
3.The denial of entry to Israel of 12 British elected officials and other British citizens involved in antisemitic and anti-Israel activity, as well as those who deny our very right to exist.
4.The British Consulate in Jerusalem is ending its operations today. Accordingly, the sign of the British Consulate in Jerusalem has been removed.
We did not want to reach this point, but the actions of the UK Labour Government brought us here.
Their latest decision in this series was to initiate a range of far-reaching sanctions against the communities in Judea and Samaria, as well as additional sanctions on defence exports to Israel. All this was accompanied by hostile rhetoric, including false accusations against Israel, such as accusations of “ethnic cleansing.”
This decision adds to a growing and escalating series of unilateral measures against Israel adopted by the Labour Government since taking office in July 2024.
These measures included, among others, unilateral recognition of a virtual “Palestinian state” in September 2025; the renewal of funding to UNRWA; the suspension of licences for defence exports to Israel; the imposition of sanctions on Israeli ministers; the imposition of sanctions on Israeli individuals and entities; the suspension of negotiations on a free trade agreement; restrictions on Israel’s official participation in an international defence and security equipment exhibition in Britain; the freezing of military dialogue and security cooperation; the prevention of IDF officers from participating in training at the Royal College of Defence Studies; and repeated, biased and unilateral attacks against Israel in the international arena.

Nadler is an anti-Semite who has spent his career seeking to legitimize Jew hatred. He poses as a Jew to camouflage his fellow anti-Semites. AsAJew he defends Campus Jihad. AsAJew he hates Israel. AsAJew he loves Mamdani. But Nadler is less Jewish than the Muslim Brotherhood.
Three years ago today, the Jewish people experienced the deadliest day in our history since the Holocaust.
We remember the more than 1,200 innocent people murdered by Hamas and Islamic Jihad. We remember every life stolen and every family shattered. We remember the victims of unimaginable brutality.
Three years later, we also reflect on the subsequent war and ensuing damages and devastation. We mourn the loss of innocent lives in Gaza and the profound suffering endured by the civilian population.
We mourn. We remember. And we recommit ourselves to building a future in which Israelis and Palestinians can live in security, freedom, and peace.
October 7th will always be a day of mourning and sadness. May we honor the memory of those who were lost by heeding the words of Psalm 34: “Seek peace and pursue it.”

Breaking: "As retired senior military leaders and legal experts, on this, the third anniversary of Hamas's October 7, 2023 brutal attack on Israel, we reject claims that Israel committed genocide in Gaza." @jinsadc
I am honored to be a part of 76 retired U.S. officers (including 13 Generals, 27 Lieutenant Generals, 19 Major Generals, 5 Brigadier Generals) Refuting the Genocide Allegation Against Israel.

"The precedent established today regarding Israel will shape the conditions under which American forces fight tomorrow. Protecting civilians and preserving the ability of our nation to defend itself requires us to defend the truth when the laws of war are being distorted to make false charges of genocide."
Yes. Haven't had an double double animal style protein style with animal fries and a triple blend ice cream shake for a good year now.
I agree with you. Israel did not commit genocide but if any group of people on the planet deserved to be so annihilated, it would be the so-called Palestinians.
Israel needs to sever ties with the United States.
On this day — October 6, 1943
400-500 rabbis stood on the Capitol steps and prayed that Roosevelt would save what was left of the Jews of Europe. Then they walked to the White House, and he would not see them.
It was three days before Yom Kippur, and the only march of its kind in Washington during the Holocaust. Hillel Kook had brought them, most from the Union of Orthodox Rabbis. On the steps, their leaders read a petition and prayed, by name, that the president would recognize the hour and save the remnant of the people of the book, the people of Israel. Men wept.
They had asked for weeks for the appointment. At the gate, a secretary took the petition, and Vice President Wallace received the delegation. Roosevelt did not come out. The Washington Times-Herald printed what the afternoon looked like from the pavement: “Rabbis Report ‘Cold Welcome’ at the White House.” The Forward asked the question the cold welcome invited: would 500 Catholic priests have been treated that way?
The prayer named Roosevelt and the petition reached his secretary’s hands. But the extermination of the Jews went on without so much as a meeting with the president.
I remember this too and additionally, the Australian media denied the chants ever happened as I recall.
Today on the 3rd anniversary of October 7th I want to reshare this video
Before Israel responded — while they were still clearing Hamas fighters inside Israel
Thousands gathered in Sydney to cheer on Hamas’ terror chanting “Gas the Jews”
October 7th was one of the most horrific events of my lifetime
But this video was the moment it became clear how subverted the West has become
And therefore how twisted the narrative would be
Israel did not commit genocide against the so-called Palestinians but If there was ever a group of people deserving of annihilation, it would be the so-called Palestinians.
⚠️⚠️⚠️ #DontLookAway.
Jews. Burnt. With hands still tied.
This is the barbaric, monstrous evil that Hamas perpetrated on Oct 7th.
