How to reset your dopamine levels to fully enjoy GTA 6
> Delete TikTok, it ruins your attention span which is necessary to not get bored while playing it
> Don't pick up your phone first thing in the morning
> Limit your screen time and social media apps
> Start going to the gym
> Take a walk every day in the sun without your phone
> Quit sugary drinks and snacks
> Start NNN
> Maintain a consistent sleep schedule, also try to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night
> Pause playing other games until it comes out
If you start doing some of these things, when the game comes out the experience will be surreal and highly rewarding

To tap the family in front of me at the supermarket and say, "It's on me," Rich enough that my future wife never has to worry about getting a job. Rich enough to show my children the world, not pictures of it. Rich enough to take my friends to dinner and say, "| got this", Rich enough that God uses me to help the people who are in need. That's my version of rich.
