The road has existed for 50+ years and is cheap but it’s usage is a relatively new phenomenon that has dramatically increased for the last 10 to 15 years
It’s cheap. It’s effective and hasn’t been pillaged by the bad actors in healthcare.

TXA is third and depending on how annoyed I am with the US government, it sometimes moves to second.

It's always the same story... Felt a pop, and had some pain, the pain got much worse a few days later.
Now they're miserable.
Mild/mod OA--->Degen root---> subchondral fx/intense edema.

In my experience (30+ years of doing knee surgery) most degenerate menisci and post-meniscectomy knees are not associated with SIFK. SIFK is spontaneous focal subchondral metabolic (neurovascular) issue of uncertain origin, often recurrent and migratory. Needs more work! – at North West, England
